The Government Office has just issued Document No.2274/VPCP - KGVX on conveying the opinion of Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Vu Duc Dam on agreeing to HaiPhong City to organize low-range fireworks with a duration of no more than 15 minutes in the evening of May 7, 2022 in Cat Hai District, on the occasion of the opening of Cat Ba Tourism in 2022.
The organization of fireworks display complies with Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP of the Government.
The City People's Committee assigned the City Military Command to assume the prime responsibility, together with the Department of Culture and Sports, the City Public Security, Cat Hai District and relevant units to develop a plan for implementation.
The opening of Cat Ba tourism in 2022 is a particularly important event to honor traditional and cultural values; and at the same time, introduce and promote the potentials and strengths of Cat Ba archipelago to a large number of people, domestic and international tourists. This is also a practical activity in response to the celebration of major holidays in May of the Country and the City.
The opening ceremony of Cat Ba tourism 2022 with the theme “Green Cat Ba 2022", will take place in 02 days on May 6 and May 7, 2022 at Cat Ba Tourist Center, Cat Hai District./.
