On the afternoon of April 25, Mr. Le Trung Kien, Head of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority (HEZA) chaired a conference on selecting solutions to meet the requirements of high-quality human resources in industrial parks and economic zones (IZ, EZ). Before organizing the conference, RMIT university team worked with enterprises of industrial parks to survey the demand for high-quality human resources and realized that the demand for high-quality human resources is very large.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Trung Kien emphasized that Hai Phong is focusing on developing industrial parks. It is expected that in the coming time, the City will construct about 15 industrial parks, and the high-quality labor demand accounts for a large proportion. Therefore, the participation of universities, especially RMIT, a prestigious institution in vocational education and training, will contribute to providing high-quality human resources for the City. He expected industrial parks and enterprises of industrial parks to have specific plans on the demands for high-quality human resources, vocational training... On that basis, HEZA and RMIT University will have a close connection and coordination to meet the requirements of human resource training./.
