On the afternoon of April 14, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam led a delegation of relevant local and units’ leaders to check the construction project of Green Park at No.53 Lach Tray Street.
The project is deployed on an area of 22,000 m2 with a total investment capital of more than 68.9 billion VND in which Ngo Quyen District People's Committee is the investor. The project has great significance for the landscape and urban area of the City as well as the realization of the City People’s Council Resolution on building 62 green parks for districts in the period of 2021-2025.
On the construction sites, Ngo Quyen District People's Committee directed contractors to organize 3 working shifts per day. Up to now, contractors has completed a number of items such as: dismantling old architectural works, moving trees within the project site, leveling the ground, building roads, completing the foundations of lighting poles,...etc.
Through practical examination, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee acknowledged the efforts of Ngo Quyen District People's Committee in organizing the construction methods and requested relevant units to urgently hand over land to implement the project. At the same time, the Vice Chairman requested Ngo Quyen District to actively build a detailed schedule to ensure the project completion on May 13 as well as closely inspect and monitor the quality of works after completion. /.
