Ambassador Patricio Becker contributed to organizing the fourth session of the Vietnam - Chile Free Trade Council in May 2021 and participated in the Pacific Alliance: Cooperation and Development in November 2021. The Chilean ambassador has supported many business delegations that come to Vietnam to seek cooperation opportunities.
Ambassador Patricio Becker has worked tirelessly to promote cultural exchanges and enhance understanding between the peoples of Vietnam and Chile. With his support, VUFO and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a friendship meeting on the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Chile on December 20, 2021.

Expressing his honor to receive VUFO's noble award, Ambassador Becker thanked VUFO and Vietnam - Chile Friendship and Cooperation Association for their support during his tenure.
Over the past time, Vietnam and Chile have witnessed positive developments in agricultural cooperation and high-level exchanges. Regardless of his position, Becker would devote to promoting the two countries' relations in depth and in breadth, especially in agriculture and import-export.
