In 2021, against the complex development of COVID-19 pandemic, Vinh Bao Rural District had obtained various achievements in socio-economic growth, national defence – security and Party – Political system building thanks to the joint effort of the authority, people and enterprises.

Emulation movements of diverse, specific and practical contents focusing on promoting exemplary individuals and collectives having excellent performance had been widespread across the locality, greatly contributing to the local socio-economic development.

In 2022, Vinh Bao Rural District identified 19 targets, 11 solutions under 04 groups of emulation tasks, striving to realize all 2022 missions.

Addressing the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Le Anh Quan acknowledged and praised Vinh Bao Rural District’s achievements in 2021 emulation programs. To keep up its good performance in 2022, the Standing Vice Chairman requested the District’s emulation movements of new forms and contents matching socio-economic tasks with specific themes, measures being promoted by stronger collaboration among localities and state agencies. He also asked for the continuous promotion of emulation tasks and exemplary individuals, collectives on multimedia platforms to widespread effective models among the people.

At the meeting, the Emulation and Commendation Council of Vinh Bao Rural District had announced the decisions on rewarding collectives and individuals with excellent performance in 2021 Emulation Programs. Accordingly, Office of Vinh Bao Rural District People’s Committee was rewarded the Third-Class Labor Medal; Hoa Binh Commune’s officers and people received the Government’s Emulation Flag; 02 individuals was granted Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit. The City People’s Committee had granted Emulation Flag to 05 collectives, Outstanding Labor Collective Award to 14 collectives, Certificates of Merit to 21 collectives and 07 individuals with excellent performance 2020-2021 duties. Besides, numerous collectives and individuals had been rewarded with the Rural District People’s Committee’s Certificate of Merits.
