On the morning of October 05, Vinh Bao Rural District Party Committee organized the 13th Conference reviewing 09 month work performance and implementing 4th semester working program, which was attended by Mr. Dao Trong Duc, member of the Municipal Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the City Organization Commission.
Over the past 09 months, Vinh Bao Rural District has managed agricultural restructuring toward sustainability, efficiency attached to multiplying successful production models with high economic efficiency; 07 out of 19 economic and social targets identified in the Resolution were realized, 12 targets were basically on schedule of the year plan. The District’s total production value has increased by 14.29% in comparison with the same period of last year. Digital transformation promotion was accelerated whereasplan onnew rural commune building in 2022 was kicked off, etc.
Party and political system building underwent various positive changes. Social welfare policies have been paid proper attention while social safety and security has been well maintained, along with which mass mobilization work witnessed certain progress, making contribution to well realizing set targets.
At the conference, delegates focused on clarifying reasons for the limitations, particularly targets with poor result; making suggestion on specific measures to be implemeted in the fourth semester of 2022 to fulfilled 2022 goals as being mentioned in the Resolution.
Mr. Dao Trong Duc highly appreciate the District’s leadership over the past 9 months and measures in the last 3 months in which he reminded the district to continuously well performe the City Year’s Theme and fulfill all 2022 tasks./.
