(HPDT)- On the afternoon of October 13, Vinh Bao District Party Committee’s Standing Board held the 8th Party Committee conference to review the performance of the 9-month tasks, set forth key tasks for the last 3-month tasks of 2021. Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee attended and directed the conference.
The event was also attended by Mr. Dao Trong Duc, Member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the City Organization Commission as well as leaders of departments, agencies and branches attended the conference.
Addressing the conference, Mr. Do Manh Hien, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Vinh Bao district’s Party Committee, Authority, Army and People over the past time, especially in successfully achieving the "dual goals". He requested Vinh Bao District continually focus on disease prevention and control; promote economic development; budget revenue; build new exemplary countryside in Tam Da and Hoa Binh communes; pay attention to rural clean water and environmental protection; develop new models, especially high-tech agricultural production models…

From the beginning of the year until now, in the complicated context of COVID-19 epidemic with an outbreak from the end of June to the middle of July, 2021in the area, Vinh Bao District Party Committee focused on leading to successfully achieve "dual goals" to stabilize production and people's life. In the first 9 months of 2021, the district’s total production value reached nearly 11,350 billion VND, an increase of more than 12.4% over the same period of 2020; total budget revenue reached more than 1,198 billion VND, equivalent to 73.2% of the 2021 plan; total social investment capital reached more than 3,200 billion VND, which equals 64% of the plan. The District focused on prioritizing the disbursement of public investment capital; the costs of building newexemplary countryside, organizing election, preventing and controlling COVID-19 epidemic, and the financial aid for meritorious and poor households. …
