In the project “Enhancing Skills and Employment Opportunities for High-Risk Labor Groups, Especially Young Migrants,” from April 24th-26th, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), organized a training conference on digital skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, job counseling, and safe job-seeking for high-risk workers vulnerable to human trafficking at Hai Phong Maritime College I.

A representative from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) delivered a speech.
During the three training sessions, 105 students from Hai Phong Maritime College I were provided with valuable information and knowledge on digital skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, and safe job-seeking techniques. The students participated in group discussions, prepared assignments, and presented their teamwork outcome.

After training, the students improved their communication skills, becoming more effective in conveying information, building relationships, and handling workplace communication situations. They also enhanced their teamwork and collaboration abilities, understanding their roles within a team and how to work efficiently with others. Additionally, students learned time and task management techniques, including how to allocate time wisely, prioritize important tasks, and minimize time-wasting activities. Furthermore, their critical thinking and decision-making skills were sharpened, enabling them to creatively and effectively solve problems in modern work environments.
