On June 10 and 11, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vinh Bao District held the 24th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vinh Bao District, in the term of 2022 – 2027, which was attended by leaders of Hai Phong City Youth Union, leaders of local organizations and 169 official youth delegates.
In the term of 2017 - 2022, the youth union activities and youth movements of Vinh Bao District have achieved important results in all fields to fulfill the 23rd District Youth Union Congress’s Resolution with pragmatic effects in suh Movements as "the Youth Volunteers", "the Youth in pioneering to protect the Fatherland", "Creative Youth ", helping promote the role of the youth, made an important contribution to the construction and economic development of the District and the City. Especially, during more than 2 years of the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, the Youth Union of the whole district had promoted activities to join hands in effective epidemic prevention.
In the coming term of 2022 - 2027, the District Communist Youth Union came up with the action slogan "Solidarity, pioneer, creativity, development" and defined specific goals: building revolutionary and patriotic young generation of the District; emulating learning, training, starting a business, mastering modern science and technology; promoting the spirit of volunteerism and pioneer of the youth in performing the tasks of socio-cultural-economic development, security and defense of the District; playing active role in building the Party, the local government of Vinh Bao District to become more prosperous, beautiful and civilized locality".
The Congress had elected 27 members into the Executive Committee of the 24th District Youth Union; elected 11 delegate to attend the City Communist Youth Union Congress. At the first meeting, the Executive Committee elected Mr. Vu Duy Minh as the Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan as the Deputy Secretary. On this occasion, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Bao District presented the Communist Youth Union with the congratulating canvas: “The Youth of Vinh Bao District: Solidarity, pioneer, creativity, development ". At the meeting, groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the past term were also awarded certificates of merit./.
