On the afternoon of June 9, at An Lao District’s Center of Culture, Information and Sports, Department of Culture and Sports in collaboration with An Lao District People's Committee held the closing ceremony of table tennis competition at Hai Phong’s 9th Sports Festival in 2022, which was attended by Mrs. Pham Thi To Trang, Deputy Director of Department of Culture and Sports, Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition as well as leaders of relevant departments, branches, and localities.
The competition witnessed the participation of 73 athletes from 11 districts in the following events: Men's Teams, Women's Teams, Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Women's Singles, and Men’s Singles.
After 2 days of exciting competition under the fair judgement of the referee team and the enthusiastic cheers of the audience, the competition was successfully organized with great results, aiming at promoting the movement of sports practice, and health training activities; strengthening solidarity among localities in the city.
Medals were awarded to winning teams at the end of the competition.
