On the morning of April 18, Hai Phong City’s delegation led by Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Vice Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Le Khac Nam, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee, and leaders of related departments took a visit to units stationed at Cam Ranh Military Base.
On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Phong City, Mr. Do Manh Hien expressed his recognition and appreciation to the officers and soldiers who did not hesitate to sacrifice and hardships in the defense of the country’s sovereignty over sea and islands. At the same time, Mr. Do Manh Hien encouraged the officers and soldiers, and expected them to continue promoting the tradition of the heroic Vietnam People’s Navy, always steadfast and absolutely loyal to the Party, Motherland, and People, willing to accept and successfully complete assigned missions.
On the same morning of April 18, the City’s delegation went to the Linh Nguyen Pagoda and Shooting range of the National Military Training Center on sea inside the Cam Ranh Military Base.
