According to Leaders of VinFast Company, VinFast Automobile Manufacturing Complex was built on an area of 335 hectares, including: operation building; electric motorcycle manufacturing zone; automobile manufacturing zone; electric bus manufacturing zone; supporting industrial zones; training center; research and development institute; with designed capacity of 250,000 cars/year; 3,000 electric buses/year; 250,000 electric motorbikes/year. The complex has modern production lines with 4.0 technology connecting equipment, production lines together through sensors linked via network or cloud computing. VinFast selected European leading companies of designing and manufacturing production lines - automotive machinery and equipment, mainly from Federal Republic of Germany to design and set up all 5 workshops: stamping, body welding, painting, engine and assembly workshop. There is also an auxiliary workshop. Currently, the company is manufacturing the first 3 car models including Fadil, Lux A2.0, Lux SA 2.0, the company also introduced 3 models of electric car, 6 models of electric motorcycles and successful production of electric buses… Over the past time, despite the huge impact of COVID-19 epidemic, VinFast still maintains production meeting market demands...

Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the City Party Committee shared the difficulties of VinFast in the past and affirmed that Hai Phong city will continue to create all favorable conditions for the operation of VinFast Automobile Manufacturing Complex. Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized that VinFast is the pride of Hai Phong city and the whole country, is also the place where produce the first cars with Vietnamese trademark. Secretary of the City Party Committee highly appreciated the factory’s production technology and VinFast's contributions to the development of Hai Phong and Vietnam industrial sector, the development of Hai Phong city as well. He expected VinFast to continue researching and developing many new car models; steadily increase market share, consumption, production and business with high efficiency and success.
