According to the report of the People's Committee of Kien Thuy district, the work of auctioning land use rights has been implemented by the locality very early. Since the beginning of the year, the district has organized 7 auctions with a total of 177 lots that have been successfully been sold, collecting 321 billion VND into the budget, reaching 107% of the plan. It is estimated that this year, the district will collect 256 billion VND in land use fees. As of December 4, the total state budget revenue of Kien Thuy district reaches 503 billion VND, accounting for 125% of the estimate.
During these days, Kien An District is focusing on human resources and means to complete technical infrastructure in 3 areas in preparation for land auction in Van Dau ward. The auction period is from December 8 to 12, the total starting price is 100 billion VND. Along with that, the district is focusing on site clearance for the urban refurbishment project in Dong Hoa ward. With this project, after the city allocates land, it is expected that the investor will pay land rent to Kien An district with the amount of more than 300 billion VND.
This year, the local land revenue allocated by the City People's Council is 15,200 billion VND. In 11 months, the district's land collection reached more than 3,769 billion VND. Of which, land rent collection makes up of 152% of the plan and land use fees accounts for 72.8% of the plan.... Most localities are trying the best to complete the plan of budget collection within the year.
