(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of February 15, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee chaired a meeting with Mobifone on solutions to digital infrastructure consolidation, 5G provision in industrial parks, broadcasting stations expansion and digital transformation in Hai Phong. The meeting was also attended by leaders of relevant departments and agencies.

At the meeting, representatives of Mobifone introduced solutions to strengthen digital infrastructure, provide 5G in industrial parks, expand broadcasting stations and digital transformation in Hai Phong in which there were a number of solutions to implement digital government such as: to build a system of databases-sharing, the city-level databases, Multi-sector digital platforms; provide one-stop public services; support decision-making based on data provided by state agencies; organize distance meeting, paperless meeting across the city; give virtual assistants, automatic answers, identities; ensure network safety and security; building digital infrastructure and platforms...
Leaders of Mobifone introduced digital transformation solutions at the meeting
Mobifone also recommended that the company sign a comprehensive cooperation agreement on digital transformation with Hai Phong City, implement digital transformation with specific solutions such as: smart radio and primary information system; Smart Office platform; hotline for F0 and test management; MobiEdu solutions; e-invoices; smart traffic cameras and signs; 5G network and port logistics; document digitization; database center - database sharing. Along with that, there were recommendations to promote digital infrastructure such as: to simplify procedures for granting permits of antenna mast construction; use public land positions, lighting facilities to improve areas of black spots, wave depressions...
At the meeting, leaders of the city's departments and branches had discussed with Mobifone on digital transformation in the fields of health, education, transportation, e-invoices...

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee affirmed the determination of Hai Phong City in carrying out digital transformation in which the Standing Board of the City Party Committee had issued Resolution No.03-NQ/TU dated October 26, 2021 on digital transformation of Hai Phong City to 2025, with an orientation to 2030. On that basis, the City People's Committee had issued the Action Program to implement Resolution No.03-NQ/TU of Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on digital transformation to unify and direct all levels, sectors to grasp, deploy and specify the Resolution, creating changes in awareness and actions of all-leveled officials, employees, sectors and people about the importance of digital transformation regarding the City’s fast and sustainable socio-economic development.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee said that the City had been urgently implementing digital transformation tasks, so it was of vital need for technology businesses to join with the City from the beginning stage to implement tasks, provide solutions and platforms for faster digital transformation. He considered the solutions and orientations by Mobifone as valuable references for the city in the near future. The Vice Chairman requested relevant departments, agencies and sectors to coordinate with Mobifone to exchange and make specific proposals in their fields to develop the most optimal solutions for digital transformation implementation.
