The 8th session (the thematic session) of the 16th City People's Council for the term of 2021 - 2026 approved 16 resolutions

After 1/2 active working day, with a high sense of responsibility, the 8th session (the thematic session) of the 16th City People's Council for the term of 2021 - 2026 has completed all proposed contents.

At the session, the City People’s Council considered the submissions of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council and the City People's Committee, and inspection reports of departments of the City People's Council. Delegates of the City People's Council discussed the session contents and unanimously voted to approve 16 resolutions, including:

1. Promulgating the session regulations of the 16th Hai Phong City People's Council for the term of 2021 - 2026.
2. Using bonus sources over revenue estimation divided between central budgets and local budgets and reinvested the City according to the specific mechanism of 2021.
3. Adjusting and supplementing the city's medium-term public investment plan for the period of 2021 - 2025.
4. Adjusting the city’s public investment plan of 2022.
5. Approving the adjustment and supplementation of portfolios that need to change the using purpose of rice cultivation land and protection forest land; portfolios subject to land recovery; the state budget capital expected to be allocated for compensation and site clearance in the city area of 2022.
6. Promulgating the list of investment and lending projects of Hai Phong Investment and Development Fund in the period of 2022 - 2025.
7. The investment policy of the construction investment project on building a resettlement area and parking area for urban embellishment at the area of the old Niem Nghia bus station.
8. The investment policy of the construction investment project on building a resettlement area in Lai Xuan Commune, Thuy Nguyen District.
9. The investment policy of the construction investment project on building the technical infrastructure of the resettlement area A52, Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District.
