Students of Hai Phong Technical College Participate in Training on Digital Skills, Soft Skills, and Entrepreneurship

In the project "Enhancing Skills and Employment Opportunities for High-Risk Labor Groups, Especially Young Migrants," from April 15th-17th, 2024, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), organized a training about digital skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, job counseling, and safe job-seeking for high-risk workers vulnerable to human trafficking for students at Hai Phong Technical College.

During the training, students engaged in various group activities, discussing class topics, particularly on how to build an effective team, selecting suitable career paths, and motivating team members to work efficiently.

After 3-day training, instructors provided 140 students with knowledge on digital skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, safe job-seeking, sales skills, and self-positioning. The goal was for students to grasp essential skills, enhance their ability to apply these skills in their daily lives, and achieve success in work, study, personal life, and future career orientation. By the end of the training, the students had gained valuable knowledge and a deeper understanding to serve them in their future endeavors.
