(Haiphong.gov.vn) – In order to accelerate administrative reform and online public services in the city in the context of Covid-19, the City People's Committee had just directed departments, branches, districts to foster administrative reform, renew the performance of one-stop and inter-agency one-stop service counter in solving and conducting administrative procedures on online platform to improve the efficiency of online public service delivery, provide practical support to people and businesses.

Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan inspected the handling of administrative dossiers at Department of Finance in the city's civil service discipline inspection.
Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee directed officials and employees working at one-stop units must commit to the time of processing and returning administrative procedure results on time as prescribed.
He requested leaders of departments, agencies and branches under the City People's Committee and leaders of localities to take responsibility in front of Chairman of the City People's Committee for the proportion of overdue dossiers and administrative procedures without appropriate reasons, apologies or notices to people, organizations and businesses according to regulations;
Actively review administrative procedures which need approvals from many agencies; issue specific and clear coordination regulations to ensure on time implementation of administrative procedures; especially those on supporting workers and employees badly affected by Covid-19 epidemic. Along with that, they were supposed to strengthen communication activities to guide and mobilize people, organizations to carry out online administrative procedures;
Department of Information and Communications was assigned to come up with specific solutions to promote connections, database sharing, online public service provision among the city public service portal, the one-stop service system of departments, sectors and localities with the national public service portal and public service portals of central ministries and branches; Department of Planning and Investment took charge of strengthening the handling of administrative procedures and creating favorable conditions for businesses in the context of Covid-19 epidemic.
