Starting from the idea that Hai Phong is a seaport city and the intersection of two rivers: Cam River and Tam Bac River, the architects of Hirsch Bedner Associates PTE LTD - HBA (Singapore) developed the idea of "Meeting of rivers" with the emphasis on the softness of rivers through a cubic complex of 02 main towers.
The design of Hirsch Bedner Associates Design Consultants - HBD (ShangHai) is inspired by the image of a flamboyant flower blooming brilliantly under Hai Phong sky. The complex of towers is arranged in the shape of an arc, reminiscent of semicircular building blocks of the former Sat market.
The competition work of Dark Horse Hong Kong Co. Limited (Australia) is a single cube, from which 4 towers are treated with soft, inclined angles to create dynamism. The main colors are the emerald blue of rivers and the red of flamboyant.
