GMP International GmbH’s Proposal coded HH68 got admission.
(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The City People’s Committee issued Decision No. 755/QĐ-UBND approving the result of the entrance exam for architectural design project of the Political - Administrative Center and Convention and Performance Center in the North Cam River New Urban Area.
According to the Decision, the proposal of GMP International GmbH with code HH68 has been approved as architecture of the Political – Administrative Center and the Convention and Performance Center in the North Cam River New Urban Area.
The City People’s Committee assigned Urban Development and Investment Project Management Board to collaborate with GMP International GmbH to complete the architectural measure according to regulations, and negotiating, completing and signing contract with GMP International GmbH Company to make project profile; organizing inspection and appraisal upon submission to competent authorities for approval; and doing announcement by document on the entrance exam result to design consultancy organizations.
The City People’s Committee assigned the Department of Construction, the Department of Planning and Investment to guide the Urban Development and Investment Project Management Board to take steps in compliance with law provisions.
It is expected that the Political – Administrative Center and the Convention and Performance Center in the North Cam River New Urban Area will be started construction by the end of 2022.
