- Entry requirements
- To depict typical characteristics of the land and people of Hai Phong, enabling the audiences to grasp the overall ideas of the city’s development history.
- To show fine art and unique creativity with simplicity in image, layout, lines and colors; familiar to mass population;; ensure such technical requirements as: high resolution; convenient for printing, carving, embossing, zooming on products of different materials.
- Color: Maximum of 3 colors.
- Number of works submitting for the contest: Unlimited.
- Contest application
- Application for registration.
- The symbol design template is printed in color version and black and white version on A4 paper size (29.7cm x 21cm); 01 CD or USB and an explanation with no more than 300 words (foreign language versions must be translated into Vietnamese)
- Candidate information includes: Full name, date of birth, phone number, contact address, citizen ID card number. If an individual represents a group of candidates, a written authorization is required.
- Dossiers are packed in an A4-size envelope with outside label: "Application for the contest Hai Phong City Symbol Design" and send to the Contest Organizing Committee;
- Form and time for entry submission
