Chairman of the City People’s Committee has allowed Tri Nam Group Joint Stock Company to implement bicycles service pilot project in the city in 12 months since the Company’s vehicle is put into operation. The Company has the right to freely use pavement for parking.
The Chairman assigned Department of Transportation to collaborate with Tri Nam Group and the following districts: Le Chan, Ngo Quyen, Hong Bang, Do Son, Cat Hai to do survey for bicycles parking locations; and actively make adjustment ensuring social order and security. When the pilot project time ends, reviewed should be carried out with report being submitted to the city.
The TNGo public bicycle service project is a bicycle rental and sharing service , partly helping to handle commuting demands of local residents and tourists in the city, which is a smart, convenient and environment-friendly transporting model. It has been the first big-scaled public bicycle sharing project in Hai Phong City so far, with quick bike receiving procedure that is convenient and appropriate for users of all different ages and jobs./.
