On the afternoon of September 29, the City People's Council Executive Board held a meeting to decide contents for the 8th session (thematic session) of the 16th City Council, tenure2021 – 2026, which was chaired by Chairman of the City People's Council Pham Van Lap. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung; other city leaders and leaders of relevant departments, agencies, localities.
The session’s tentative contents include: The adjustment of the city's medium-term public investment plan in the period of 2021 - 2025; the adjustment of the city's 2022 public investment plan; the allocation of bonus sources for extra budget revenue between the central and local budgets and the reinvestment under the specific mechanism in 2021; the adjustment policy of investment projects in the city...
After listening to the contents presented at the meeting, Mr. Pham Van Lap agreed with the delegates on the contents, plan and time to organize the session on October 13, 2022.
