- The Emulation and Reward Board summarizes the findings and submits them to the People's Committee for the final decision on the 50 most exemplary enterprises.
The Department of Foreign Affairs is tasked with ensuring effective international participation by:
- Connecting with and inviting 20 international organizations and foreign business association representatives.
- Proposing one international organization and one exemplary individual for commendation.
- Providing translation services for socio-economic reports and arranging on-site English interpreters.
- Assisting in the formal reception of international delegates.
