In the project "Enhancing Skills and Employment Opportunities for High-Risk Labor Groups, Especially Young Migrants," from April 10th-12th, 2024, the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), organized training about digital skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, job counseling, and safe job-seeking for high-risk workers vulnerable to human trafficking for students at the Hai Phong Continuing Education Center.

Through training activities, the instructors conveyed essential knowledge and skills on advocacy, digital skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, and safe job-seeking to 40 students aged 18 and above, particularly final-year high school students and university seniors preparing to graduate. The target was to equip them with foundational knowledge, increase their understanding of the laws related to human trafficking prevention, and raise awareness about the dangers of illegal migration. This initiative aims to create a stable migration environment, ensure political security, maintain social order and safety, and contribute to the city’s social welfare efforts.
