On the afternoon of October 11, Publicity and Education Commission of the Party Central Committee held an Online conference of central rapporteurs briefly informing the results of the 4th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee. Mr. Lai Xuan Mon, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Publicity and Education Commission of the Party Central Committee chaired the Conference.
Attending at Hai Phong City bridge point, there were: Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Members of Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairmen of the City People's Council, the City People's Committee and Leaders of the city departments, branches and units.

At the conference, delegates were briefly informed about the results of the 4th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, taking place in Hanoi, from October 4 to October 7, 2021. The 4th Plenum discussed and decided on the following contents: The results of socio-economic development in 2021 and the plan of socio-economic development in 2022; the implementation of state budget in 2021, the estimation of state budget in 2022 and the plan of finance and state budget in 3 years of 2022-2024; the delay of implementing salary policy reform in accordance to Resolution No. 27 of the 7th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee; the results of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control as well as viewpoints and policies on epidemic prevention and control in new situation; continuing to promote the building and rectification of the Party; preventing and reversing the deterioration of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, as well as manifestations of internal "self-evolution" and "self-transformation”; amending and supplementing regulations on things that party members are not allowed to do and a number of other important issues.
The Party Central Committee unanimously approved the resolutions and conclusions of Central Conference, calling on the whole Party, People and Army to strengthen solidarity, unify wills and actions, and promote the important and comprehensive results achieved in the past 9 months; striving to overcome all difficulties and challenges, especially those caused by the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, including the implementation of key tasks of socio-economic development and the implementation of crucial tasks of building and correcting the Party, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution of the 13th Party Congress.

Speaking at the conference conclusion, Mr. Lai Xuan Mon, Standing Vice Chairman of Publicity and Education Commission of the Party Central Committee suggested that rapporteurs at the central and local levels quickly propagate the results of the 4th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee and a number of anniversaries to the people as prescribed. When conducting propaganda activities, it should focus on the results of socio-economic development in 2021 and the plan of socio-economic development in 2022; the implementation of state budget in 2021, the state budget estimation in 2022 and the plan of finance and state budget in 3 years of 2022 - 2024; the delay of implementing salary policy reform in accordance with Resolution No. 27 of the 7th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee. Propaganda contents are also on the results of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control over the past time; viewpoints, guidelines, tasks and solutions in the coming time, thereby creating consensus among the entire Party, people and society on achievements in the past time.
In addition, propagandizing the results of implementing Resolution No. 04-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee on building and reorganizing the Party, whereby it will contribute to clarifying the goals of our Party in the coming time such as: strengthening the construction and rectification of the Party; improving the Party's leadership capacity, ruling capacity and fighting strength; building a solidly strong ideological Party and political system; having high unity of wills and actions, purity of morality and lifestyle; steadiness of organization; closely attaching to the People, being able to lead our country to overcome all difficulties and become more and more development. The whole Party and political system resolutely struggle, prevent, repel and strictly handle the officials and party members who are in "self-evolution" and "self-transformation”; and relying on the People to build a clean and strong Party and political system, contributing to the construction and defense of the Fatherland, the improvement of the people's believes in leadership of the Party, state and socialist regime.
