After 10 years implementing the national strategic program of new rural building, Haiphong rural area has changed for the better. All rural roads have been upgraded. The living of rural residents has been improved. Livable countryside areas have been built up thanks to the new rural building program.
It is clear to see that all rural roads and inner-fields roads in Thuy Huong Commune, Kien Thuy district have been much clearer and look so nice. It is attributed to the new rural building program that has been deployed in the commune. Thuy Huong has basically completed all 19 norms of new rural building since 2017, which has face-lifted the commune.
Mr. Ngo Van Thuong – Chairman of Thuy Huong commune’s Fatherland front Committee: Thuy Huong commune is one of 8 communes that have been chosen by Haiphong city to deploy typical new rural building program. To complete the building of typical new rural area in 2020, the People’s Committee of the commune has associated with different units, especially the local Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee to assign tasks for each commune for the best effectiveness.
Mr. Pham Van Sung – Head of the Front Committee Board of Phuong Doi 2 Hamlw, Thuy Huong Commune, Kien Thuy district: Besides upholding earlier achievements, to complete the program, it needs the creativity and activeness of each locality and local resident so as to blow a new breath into countryside areas to develop economy in the new periods.
