New appointment: Mr. Dang Cong Thanh was appointed as Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs

Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Deputy Director General of General Department of Customs granted appointment decision to Mr. Dang Cong Thanh as Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs.

On the afternoon of February 14, General Department of Customs held a conference to announce Director General of General Department of Vietnam Customs’ decision on personnel appointment of Hai Phong Department of Customs.

The conference was attended by Mr. Le Anh Quan, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Deputy Director General of General Department of Customs; leaders of National Steering Committee 389; branches and units of General Department of Customs, Hai Phong Department of Customs, Organization Commission of Hai Phong City Party Committee…

Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Deputy Director General of General Department of Customs; Mr. Le Anh Quan, Member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee granted appointment decision and congratulation flowers to Mr. Dang Cong Thanh appointed as Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs.

Mr. Nguyen Kien Giang, Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs hosted the conference.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs and leaders of Hai Phong Department of Customs congratulated Mr. Dang Cong Thanh.

According to Decision No. 119 dated January 27, 2022, Director General of General Department of Customs assigned and appointed Mr. Dang Cong Thanh,Deputy Director of Anti-Smuggling and Investigation Department (General Department of Customs), as Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs from February 15, 2022.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Deputy Director General of Vietnam Customs assigned new tasks to Mr. Dang Cong Thanh.

Mr. Dang Cong Thanh, Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs gave a speech at the conference.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs expressed his thanks and concluded the conference.

Deputy Director General of Vietnam Customs Nguyen Van Tho emphasized that Mr. Dang Cong Thanh had been an officer with good training and experiences in many positions in Customs sector since 1996. Through each position, Mr. Dang Cong Thanh always fulfilled his tasks, recognized and rewarded by leaders at all levels. Mr. Deputy Director General requested Mr. Dang Cong Thanh to continuously promote his capacity and experience, ready to take over new tasks with the highest spirit and responsibility to successfully complete assigned tasks in new position.

Director of Hai Phong Department of Customs Nguyen Duy Ngoc expressed his pleasure at the attention of General Department of Customs and leaders of Hai Phong City. Accordingly, Hai Phong Department of Customs was the first unit of General Department to be consolidated with 5 Deputy Directors, which was a very important and necessary personnel work, contributing to Hai Phong Customs ‘s strong development and success in fulfilling assigned tasks, especially those in budget revenue in 2022 and next years.
