National cycling team competes for Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup: Racer Roman Maikin won stage 3 of Ha Long - Hai Phong

On the morning of April 7, at the City Theater Square, Mr. Le Khac Nam, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee welcomed and presented flowers to national cycling team competing for Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup when they finished stage 3 of Ha Long - Hai Phong. Also attending the ceremony were leaders of relevant departments, branches and units.

The cycling race tournament took place from April 5 and will complete on April 30, 2022 with 23 stages, a total route of more than 2,000km through 17 provinces and cities, a total prize value of more than 2 billion VND, including: individual and team prizes for each stage and final tournament.

National racing team has nearly 400 members, including 14 racing teams (7 racing cyclists for each team) consisting of: Ho Chi Minh City - Vinama, Ho Chi Minh City - New Group, Domesco Dong Thap Pharmacy, Dong ThapDopagan, Dong Nai Bike Life, Dong NaiYnghua, LocTroi Group, An Giang Heaven Pearl, Military Region 7, Army, Binh Minh Plastics Binh Duong, 620 Chau ThoiVinh Long, Hanoi and ThanhHoa - the racing team participating for the first time.

After a period of exciting competition, with spectacular breakthroughs, Racer Roman Maikin won stage 3 of Ha Long - Hai Phong, Racer Tran Tuan Kiet ranked 2nd and Racer Le Nguyet Minh ranked 3rd.

This is an activity organized by Ho Chi Minh City Television Station in collaboration with Vietnam Bicycle and Motorcycle Federation and other localities, units aiming to celebrate the national major holidays and welcome the 31st Southeast Asian Games - SEA Games 2022 in Vietnam.
