On the morning of November 8, at Van Huong Primary and Secondary School (Do Son District), COPION Organization, in collaboration with the Hai Phong Department of Foreign Affairs and LS Group (South Korea), held the handover ceremony for the LS Dream School Program No. 22.

The ceremony was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Dung, Director of the Hai Phong Department of Foreign Affairs; Mr. Pham Hoang Tuan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Do Son District; local government officials; and representatives of the school's parent association.

Mr. Jung Hyeok, General Director of LS Metal VINA Co., Ltd., presented a nameplate to Ms. Ngo Thi Lien Huong, Principal of Van Huong Primary and Secondary School.
From LS Group, the sponsors of the initiative, attendees included Mr. Jung Hyeok, General Director of LS Metal VINA Co., Ltd.; Ms. Lim Hye Young, Deputy Representative of COPION Organization in Vietnam; and representatives of other related agencies and units.

During the event, COPION and the Department of Foreign Affairs officially handed over a newly renovated student dormitory and an art classroom. Additionally, they presented the school with 50 sets of bunk beds, 100 floor mats, and 11 computers. Alongside funding for the renovation and improvement of facilities, LS Group also awarded 10 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to 10 academically outstanding students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The total program funding amounted to approximately 1.1 billion VND.

This program is a meaningful initiative that provides the students with well-equipped dormitories, specialized classrooms, and modern computer facilities, significantly improving their learning environment. It demonstrates the collective efforts of the community and local authorities in addressing the severe damage caused by Typhoon No. 3 to Van Huong Primary and Secondary School, thereby supporting the education sector. Furthermore, the program contributes to strengthening the bonds of friendship, solidarity, and cooperation between the people of Vietnam and South Korea.
