Speaking at the launching ceremony of pilot model, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Mr. Le Khac Nam acknowledged and highly appreciated Department of Information and Communications, together with Viettel Hai Phong, for their proactive efforts in cooperation with relevant sectors, units and localities to build and put into operation the pilot model of Intelligent Operation Center.
