On the morning of August 19, at Deep C 2 Industrial Park, Indochina Kajima, a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Group (Japan) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Core5 HaiPhong Project. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le TrungKien, Head of HaiPhong Economic Zone Authority, and leaders of relevant departments, units, and localities.
Mr. Le TrungKien stated that HaiPhong is currently the leading attractive destination for international investors because of its great potential and advantages. Currently, the City has 14 industrial parks in operation; from now to 2025, 15 industrial parks will be expanded. He suggested that the investor should focus on capital resources and human resources to complete the project on schedule. The City commits to creating all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented smoothly and effectively.
One month ago, Indochina Kajima officially launched Core5 Vietnam (industrial real estate system) to the Vietnamese and international business community. HaiPhong is the first locality to deploy Core5 because of the special attraction of the largest seaport city in the north, the international logistics center of the whole region. After completion, the project will provide about 96,000 m2 of ready-to-use factories and warehouses with international standards; the area of each factory, and warehouse from 3,174 m2 - 25,509 m2. It is expected that the first factories and warehouses of Core5 HaiPhong will be handed over to customers at the beginning of the second quarter of 2023.
