Improving the quality of public service activities, creating a favorable working environment for officials and public employees

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of public service activities, getting rid of the situation of officials and public employees resigning jobs, the City People's Committee issued Document No.6223/UBND-KSTTHC to request the heads of departments, branches, districts and units to assign tasks to officials and public employees reasonably and scientifically with the following requests:

Enhance the leadership, strengthen the effective management and use of the state budget; save the expenses to increase incomes for officials and public employees; fully and promptly implement the salary policies, overtime, and other welfare supports;

Promote the administrative reform associated with digital transformation towards promoting IT applications in carrying out tasks, especially the administrative reform to reduce pressure on officials and public employees; assess and classify the quality of officials and public employees to ensure fairness, objectivity, and accuracy; strictly comply with regulations on recruitment, management, use and appointment of officials and public employees;

Create favorable conditions for officials to participate in training courses to consolidate their professional qualifications and political theories; spiritually and materially timely reward and encouragement to officials and public employees with excellent performance.

The City People's Committee assigned Department of Home Affairs to be in charge of coordinating with relevant agencies and units to urgently submit the City People's Committee the Regulation on training officials in the city; assign Department of Finance to study and propose the guarantee of financial resources to pay the average additional income for officials according to Resolution No. 05/2022/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2022 of the City People's Council./.
