The Chairman of the City People's Committee signed Decision No.1270/QD-UBND on promulgating an action plan to implement Resolution No.05/NQ-TU of Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on relocating the City Political - Administrative Center to the north Cam river area, in order to clearly define tasks and responsibilities of departments, branches, localities and units in organizing the implementation.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to take the leading responsibility, and coordinate with relevant agencies in appraising investment policies and proposing capital resources for implementing the project.
The Department of Construction shall guide Thuy Nguyen District People's Committee, Project Management Board of Urban Development and Civil Work Construction Investment to study, submit and publicize subdivision planning projects of the north Cam river urban area and relevant works.
