Strategic Scale and Modern Infrastructure The Hai Phong Specialized Economic Zone covers a vast area of 5,300 hectares, located across six strategic communes: Thuong Hong, Nguyen Luong Bang, Bac Thanh Mien, Thanh Mien, Hai Hung, and Binh Giang.
