Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment (HDPI) has issued Announcement of the investment opportunity in the social housing project at Lac Vien Warehouse General no. 3, May Chai and Cau Tre wards of Ngo Quyen District, in which the investment register is due in September 05th 2022.
The social housing project covers an area of 53.913 m2 with the construction density of around 48%. The total floor area is 340,952 m2 with 4.456 residential apartments.
Preliminarily, the project costs 4,379 billion dong, exclusive of compensation fees in land clearance (485.4 bllion dong in HDPI’s estimation), including housing and business land of 98 households, 7 enterprises in blocks A-17, A-18 of Ngo Quyen’s 1/2000 adjusting planning to 2025./.
