On the morning of July 1, Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company deployed the terminal operating system (TOS) at Chua Ve port and container automatic managing system at Tan Vu port.
TOS system was deployed at Chua Ve port to improve customer service quality and strictly manage services at the port, in which synchronous data connection made EIO receipts and special service orders at the procedure room faster; provided quick and accurate one-stop services to customers in packing, unpacking, inspecting, quarantining, and weighing goods.... The system minimized the waiting time for delivery procedures; automatically checked and recorded images of container status entering ships and barges before being loaded into the port yard with high accuracy meeting international standards.
The automatic checking gate of import and export containers at Tan Vu port was approved by Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company in 2021 and completed after more than 12 months, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion VND. This system was installed for 2 in and out lanes at Gate 1; 8 in and out lanes at Gate 2 to automatically identify the number of containers, the license plate of tractors and trailers; automatically take photos and record the condition of container surfaces (excluding the bottom surface); automatically connect and exchange data with the terminal operating system (TOS) at the port./.
