On the evening of December 31, at the City’s Opera House Square, the art program "Hai Phong welcomes the new year 2023" was held with the attendance of Mrs. Dao Khanh Ha, Member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the City Propaganda and Education Commission; Mr. Le Khac Nam, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee. The program was implemented by the City Center for Culture Culture under the direction of Department of Culture and Sports.
Many young people who attended the program expressed their joy and excitement after a year of studying and working stressfully with many difficulties and challenges when they could temporarily put everything aside, immerse themselves in fun activities, hang around with friends, enjoy the city's bustling atmosphere to welcome the new year 2023.
The program consisted of 3 parts with vibrant and colorful performances by famous singers and artists from Hanoi Capital and the city art troupes.
The program ended up with the countdown to the new year with the song "Happy new year" conveying many dreams and hopes for a more meaningful and successful new year to everyone./.
