The Hai Phong City Department of Planning and Investment in Vietnam’s north has decided to extend the investment registration deadline for three projects developing new urban areas with total capital of more than VND26 trillion ($1.09 billion).
They include the construction of one new urban area in Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy districts, one in An Lao district, and one in Kien An district.
Investment registration for interested investors will be extended to May 5, 2023, to attract more investors.
The northern port city has called for investors to implement these projects since February. Each project has only received one investment application to date.
