Mr. Le Trung Kien, Chief of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority is giving speech at the meeting.
(HPĐT)- In the afternoon of August 23rd, comrade Le Trung Kien, Chief of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority hosted a meeting connecting enterprises to support aquatic items consumption during the process of dismantling aquaculture facilities’ cages in Cat Ba archipelago’s bays. Representatives of Cat Hai Island District leadership and several enterprises operating at the area of the city were attending the meeting.
Giving speech at the meeting, comrade Le Trung Kien, Chief of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority underlined that, with a number of around 180,000 workers and foreign experts working at industrial parks and economic zone of the city, Hai Phong city has expected that, enterprises would actively support gathering and purchasing aquatic products provided from the dismantled cages (in Cat Ba archipelago’s bays), in order to ease locals’ difficulties when they have been implementing State’s policies. Through that way, it is contributive to improve the labors’ life quality.
Enterprises operating at the area of the city sign in a MoU with Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority and Cat Hai Island District on aquatic items support.
To facilitate aquatic items consumption, comrade Le Trung Kien requested Cat Hai Island District’s leader to inform widely measures of provision, delivery, and storage of aquatic products for easy access of in-demand enterprises. In addition, the comrade called on the enterprises to both consume and act as intermediary and promulgate to other enterprises to give helping hands to Cat Hai Island District in aquatic products consumption. Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority is committed to stand shoulder to shoulder with Cat Hai Island District and the enterprises in the process of purchasing and consuming aquatic products for the best effect.
On this occasion, some outstanding enterprises operating at the area of the city signed in the MoU with Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority and Cat Ba Island District on aquatic products support during dismantlement of aquaculture facilities in the bays of Cat Ba Archipelago./.
