Hai Phong Bustles with International Guests in Early Spring 2026

In the joyful atmosphere of the early days of the Binh Ngo Spring, Hai Phong City was honored to welcome a high-level international delegation, affirming the port city's status as an attractive, dynamic, and prestigious destination on the global economic map.

On February 26, 2026, as part of a visit to Vietnam at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lord Charles Henry Gordon-Lennox, Duke of Richmond and Gordon (UK), and his spouse visited and worked at the VinFast Hai Phong Factory Complex.

The visit took place with meticulous and respectful preparation by the city. Accompanying the delegation were representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ms. Tran Thi Quynh Trang, Director of the Hai Phong Department of Foreign Affairs.
