On February 26, 2026, as part of a visit to Vietnam at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lord Charles Henry Gordon-Lennox, Duke of Richmond and Gordon (UK), and his spouse visited and worked at the VinFast Hai Phong Factory Complex.
The visit took place with meticulous and respectful preparation by the city.
