On July 30, Hai Phong City Party Committee and People's Committee announces decisions upon the mobilization and assignmentof many important positions in the urban districts, rural districts and departments.
Accordingly, Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the City Party Committee, announces Decision of the Standing Committee of the City’s Party Committee on the mobilization, assignment and appointment of Mr. Pham Van Thep, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to attend the Rural District’s Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, assuming the role of Secretary of Thuy Nguyen Rural District’s Party Committee for the term of 2020-2025.

Also this morning, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, announces Decision No. 2119/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on the mobilization and appointment of Mr. Do Gia Khanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology to assume the position of Director of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for the tenure of 5 years.
Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hai Phong City’s Party Committee, announces Decision No. 2112/QĐ-UBND on Mr. Nguyen Cong Han’s departure from the Urban District’s Executive Committee, Standing Committee and standing down as Deputy Secretary of Hai An Urban District’s Party Committee and to be mobilized, assigned the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Mr. Duong Dinh On, Deputy Director of Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, is mobilized and appointed to attend the Urban District’s Executive Committee, Standing Committee and assume the position of Deputy Secretary of Hai An Urban District’s Party Committee for term of 2020-2025 according to Decision No. 303-QĐ/TU.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho announces the Decision No. 2115/QĐ-UBND on the acceptance, mobilization and appointment of
Mr. Pham Trung Huy, Deputy Head of the General Department, Office of the City Party Committee to assume the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.
According to Decision No. 2116/QĐ-UBND, Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee mobilizes and appoints Mr. Hoang Van Duc, Head of Educational Testing and Accreditation Division (under the Department of Education and Training) to assume the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Home Affairs for a tenure of 5 years.
Mr. Tran Van Thien, Head of Internal Affairs and Supervision Division of the Office of the City People's Committee of Hai Phong City, is appointed Deputy Chief of Office of the City People's Committee for a tenure of 5 years.
