The construction of the 9.2 ha resettlement area has an important meaning to conduct site clearance for other projects in the city.
(HPDT)- On the morning of December 6th, Hai An district held a commencement of construction project of the 9.2 ha resettlement area in Thanh To ward, meeting the resettlement land allocation demand for land clearance of socio-economic development projects in the city, gradually stabilizing security and order in the region, contributing to the construction of an increasingly civilized and modern Hai An district.
Attending the commencement were Mr. Cao Xuan Lien, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city; leaders of Hai An district, Thanh To ward and related agencies.
The construction project of the 9.2 ha resettlement area in Thanh To ward has the scale of group B and the technical infrastructure level 3, a system of asphalt roads, interlocking brick pavement, formation width is 15 m, road surface width 9 m; the synchronous technical infrastructure such as: water supply and drainage, lighting system, trees, medium-low voltage power supply...
There are 660 construction land lots with the area from 40 m2 to 80 m2; will be built a cultural-sports center, a kindergarten... Total project investment is 138.6 billion dong, from the city budget, the project implementation time is in 2021-2022.
Mr Cao Xuan Lien, Member of the Standing Committee of Hai Phong Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City and delegates pressed the button to start the project.
This 9.2-hectare land was formerly defense land. In recent years, because of the loose land management, there has been a situation of encroaching, illegally buying and selling, causing complication in land management as well as security and order situation. After being handed over the land management by the Ministry of Defense, On October 17, 2018, the City People's Committee issued a decision to recover and assign the management to the People's Committee of Hai An district.
Determining this is one of the difficult and complicated tasks, the number of violating projects must be handled is the largest from the past, Hai An district with the entire political system have focused on drastically directing. After nearly 3 years performing the task of managing and handling violations in this area, on June 21, 2021, Hai An district completed coercion of those who encroached and illegally used in the 9, 2 hectares area.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong Dinh On, Chairman of Hai An District People's Committee emphasized, this project has received great attention from city leaders, city departments, branches and local people. The project not only elevates Hai An urban area to become a more civilized and modern urban, but also contributes to serving resettlement and speeding up other projects in the city. Therefore, Hai An district is determined to speed up the progress, ensure the quality, technique of the project, organize the management closely and in accordance with the law./.
