
On the morning of June 15, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong chaired the meeting digital transformation implementation at Department of Justice ragarding digitizing civil status books and building notarized information databases in 2022. The meeting was attended by leaders of relevant departments, branches, and units.
According to Director of Department of Justice Do Dai, the Department had been effectively operating 07 software and databases. By June 13, 2022, nearly 240,000 A4 pages of civil status books had been scanned; 175,297/198,297 copies of civil status data input had been completed. the Department was currently focusing on digitizing civil status books at Kien Thuy District People's Committee and Le Chan District People's Committee. Regarding the judicial record database, by June 13, 2022, Department of Justice had digitized more than 136,500 judicial records of more than 30,200 convicted citizens...

The Vice Chairman asked Department of Justice to carefully evaluate data connection, study methods, and legality for connection; actively check the digitized data and hand over verified data to districts for operation and practical use.
