
Representatives of organizations sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for collaboration.
On the morning of May 17, the Hai Phong Vietnam–Singapore Friendship Association (VSFA HP), in collaboration with the Sing–Viet Impact Venture (SVIV), organized a signing ceremony for a "Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation." The event was attended by representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Union of Friendship Organizations of Hai Phong, the Central Vietnam–Singapore Friendship Association, and the Hai Phong Vietnam–Singapore Friendship Association.
Under the MOU, SVIV expressed its desire to collaborate with VSFA HP to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore and Vietnam in implementing cross-border business expansion and development projects. VSFA HP committed to leveraging and fostering these collaborative opportunities with SVIV to maximize mutual benefits.

Conference Overview
The signing of the MOU paves the way for significant opportunities in cooperation and development between SMEs in Hai Phong and Singapore. This includes fostering partnerships, building ecosystems, and connecting with the international community. Additionally, it will enable SMEs from both sides to further explore investment potentials. VSFA Hai Phong also encourages and facilitates programs aimed at helping Hai Phong SMEs access and expand their presence in the Singaporean market.
