(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The City People’s Committee has just launched Decision No. 2416 on permission to establish Hai Phong Logistics Association. The Association is a socio-career organization and operates according Regulations approved by Chairman of the City People’s Committee and under administrative management of Department of Industry and Trade and other state management agencies when the Association has related activities.
The Association has legal status, using its proper stamp, getting opened its account according to regulations, and guaranteeing itself fees and conditions for its operation in accordance with provisions of laws.
The Association is responsible to organize congress, approving Regulations, voting Leadership Board, Monitoring Committee, and accomplishing submission procedures for approval of Chairman of the City People’s Committee, according to regulation.
The establishment of Hai Phong Logistics Association is a key turning point for the city’s logistics development strategy, responding legitimate wish of associates working in logistic services at the area of the city, in the sake of cooperation, coalition, and mutual support in industry development, efficiency enhancement of enterprises’ activities aligned with common development trend and contributing to realize the goal of turning Hai Phong into a logistics service center at national and international level.
