Digital transformation has helped technology companies like ours operate more efficiently and increase product consumption. In recent times, we have actively boosted sales through e-commerce platforms, social media, and websites. This not only expands our brand’s reach nationwide but also increases profit for our stores and businesses across the country.
From the perspective of technology companies, accessing partners and markets remains challenging due to the specialized nature of our products. Customers need thorough understanding of the manufacturers, distributors, and technical specifications, including technology codes. Therefore, we must build credibility in the market, especially by providing specialized training to our staff so they can give detailed consultations and help customers choose the right products. At the same time, pricing must remain highly competitive to meet customers’ budgets.
Regarding partnerships, we have yet to establish many connections with suitable partners. Hai Phong Computer is actively seeking collaboration with investors who share our vision for mutual exchange and learning.
We hope that departments, agencies, and investors will offer more support so that we can both build and develop together. Recently, we have successfully expanded into the domestic market by supplying products to top technology systems in Vietnam such as Hoang Ha PC, Hanoi Com, Tin Hoc Ngoi Sao…
Looking ahead, we hope to gain deeper access to major e-commerce platforms and cutting-edge technologies so companies like ours can break through even more. We also wish to exchange more experience and technology in production and business to develop both our company and society in today’s context.
Our products include technology items such as cases, CPU towers, computer fans, etc. Therefore, in the near future, we aim to go beyond the domestic market and penetrate the Southeast Asian market. Currently, we have access to e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Lazada, which lays the groundwork for Hai Phong Computer to eventually launch a Vietnamese-run e-commerce platform specializing in locally made tech products.
Moreover, entering global e-commerce platforms provides Vietnam with an opportunity to promote and export Vietnamese-made technology products to the world.
In addition, as a company specializing in technology, I have deeply explored the digital shift. We plan to establish a manufacturing plant in Vietnam that produces technology devices specifically for Vietnamese consumers.
However, to realize this goal, we must carefully address issues related to cost, legal frameworks, technology, and thoroughly prepare to meet Vietnamese consumers’ demands on pricing, quality, and more.
