The City People’s Council has decided to convene the 6th session (mid-2022 regular session) of the 16th City People’s Council (the 2021-2026 tenure) in 2.5 days from July 18 to July 20, 2022, the opening ceremony of which takes place at 8:00 am on July 18, 2022 (Monday) at the City Convention Center.
At the session, the following contents will be presented:
The City will report on the implementation results of socio-economic, defense-security tasks in the first 6 months of the year; goals, targets, tasks, and solutions for the last 6 months of 2022.
The City People's Committee also submitted reports on the following issues: adjusting and supplementing the city's medium-term public investment plan in the2021 - 2025 period; proposing the 2023 public investment plan; adjusting the list of investment projects using rice-growing land and protective forest land; budget capital for site clearance and relevant compensation in the city in 2022; arranging villages and residential groups in the city; amending Resolution No. 10/2018/NQ-HDND; average income for state officials;
Deciding tuition fees for the academic year of 2022 - 2023 for public educational institutions; the mechanism for expenditure management of educational supporting services; specific policies to support poor households; developing Hai Phong City Youth in the period of 2022-2030...; question time and other important contents./.
