To date, the Project Management Board and contractors have been speeding up execution tempo of Haiphong Political-Administrative Center Project. Many work-items of the project such as synchronous transportation and technical infrastructure system in the North Cam River Urban Area has exceeded 70 days compared to set plan.
Along with mobilizing more than 1,000 engineers, workers and equipment, vehicles, and contractors, the Corporation 319 ministry of defence has carried out construction of 3 consecutive shifts. Execution progress of many items such as transportation and synchronous technical infrastructure system in North Cam River Urban Area have exceeded progress. Up to now, Corporation 319 Ministry of Defence, the contractor has completed about 60% of contract value with series of key work-items. According to the assessment of Supervision Consultant, all work- items are strictly controlled in terms of progress and quality.
By mid-January 2024, the contractor will topped off remaining two 14-storey buildings, gradually complete the project and begin to move the city’s political and administrative center to the North of Cam River as schedule./.
