The City People's Committee had just issued Plan No.194/KH-UBND on connecting the National Digital Address Platform with the Digital Map in Hai Phong City to update information and develop the City Digital Address Database integrated with that of the nation.
The City People's Committee assigned Department of Information and Communications to supervise the Plan implementation; providing guidance on the usage of the national digital address platform associated with the digital map; coordinate with the City Post Office and relevant units to update information about other address objects to build specialized digital maps.
Besides, the City assigned Department of Construction to cooperate with relevant units to review the digital address information updated by the City Post Office; Department of Natural Resources and Environment to cooperate with Department of Information and Communications and the City Post Office to provide data related to digital maps and digital addresses to develop a combined platform.
According to the plan, the specific tasks include: updating the digital address database; promoting the use of digital address services; sharing databases, combining the platform building and the development of digital map applications; announcing the Digital Address Code to the owner and manager of the assigned objects; Disseminating information about the functions, efficiency and benefits of the digital address platform. /.
