On the afternoon of May 11, Vingroup Corporation coordinated with the City People's Committee to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the new urban area project in Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy districts (Vinhomes Golden City). This is one of the 12 key projects of the city, celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hai Phong - Heroic City. According to the leader of Vingroup Corporation, Vinhomes Golden City is the 5th real estate project developed by Vinhomes in Hai Phong, with a scale of more than 240 hectares, with a total investment of over 23,000 billion VND. The project is located at the "golden gateway" in the Southeast of the city, opening up multi-dimensional connections to major economic centers such as Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, and convenient access to Lach Huyen port, the key import-export gateway of the North and major industrial parks of Hai Phong.
On a scale of more than 240 hectares, developed according to three pillars of "Green - Smart technology - All-in-one utilities", Vinhomes Golden City Complex Urban Area is expected to contribute to shaping new living standards, improving the quality of urban life and contributing to the green, smart and sustainable development strategy of Hai Phong city.
